Steinbeis study „Are values shifting?“ conducted in partnership with JCI Germany

Over 1,000 members of JCI Germany, split almost equally between self-employed people and employees, took part in the survey in June 2010 by completing a standardised online questionnaire.

The key questions were:

  • What do employees expect of their employer?
  • How value-oriented are self-employed people and employees?
  • What do self-employed people expect from their self-employment?

The Steinbeis study “Are values shifting? – The expectations of young managers and what the self-employed and employers think about these expectations” was carried out by the Steinbeis-Stiftung in partnership with Junior Chamber International (JCI) Germany. The key results were presented at the National Meeting of JCI Germany at Karlsruhe in the beginning of September 2010. You can find the handout with the key results here.
